Return, Shipping & Refund Policy
We aim to provide clear and transparent information regarding returns, shipping fees, and refunds. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange by contacting contact@helpcustomer24h.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless the return is due to our error (wrong item received or damaged product).
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees cover order processing, packaging, and transportation.
These fees are separate from the product price and are non-refundable.
Once an order has been processed and a shipping label or tracking number has been generated, shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Refunds
For approved returns, we will refund the purchase price of the product only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is caused by our mistake (such as incorrect or damaged items).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Special Circumstances
In rare or exceptional situations, Solomynh may review requests for shipping fee refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Any decision regarding such refunds is made at Solomynh’s sole discretion.
Order Hold & Shipment Suspension Policy
We understand that some customers may need to delay shipment. We offer an order hold (storage) service under the following terms:
Free Order Hold
We provide up to 60 days of free order storage, starting from the original estimated shipping date. During this period, your order will not be shipped.
To request an order hold, you must email contact@helpcustomer24h.com before completing checkout.
Extended Storage (After 60 Days)
If you require storage beyond the free 60-day period, paid storage services are available.
After the free storage period ends, a storage fee of USD $100 per month will be charged for warehousing and order management.
Releasing a Stored Order for Shipment
When you are ready to receive your order, please contact our support team at contact@helpcustomer24h.com to confirm shipping and delivery arrangements.
